This is our first time getting these in, and we’re so excited! Apriums are a Zaiger-hybrid stone fruit, made up of about 75% apricot and 25% plum. They’re grown for their lush texture and flavor with tender, slightly fuzzy skin and dense, honey-sweet flesh with rich apricot notes and just a hint of tart plum.
