Hi!

This week we have been hard at work in the kitchen putting together a fresh menu for our grab-and-go section. We had two new helpers start in the kitchen this week, so you can expect more daily options and a better supply of our frozen pizzas. Speaking of frozen pizza, our dough will be ready today so we will have pizzas tonight or tomorrow!

The first new product is already in our fridge this morning. A pasta salad with fresh herb dressing. We use the Brami Protein Pasta (I recently tried this pasta and I am obsessed, 5 stars for texture on this one), Organic Feta, Organic Bell Pepper, Mina Green Olives, and Organic Red Onion. Jonathan came up with a new dressing for it with fresh Juneau Greens Italian Basil, Organic Parsley, Organic Mint, and Organic Oregano. Those of you who have been with us for a while remember when we used to have salads in the grab-and-go with his honey balsamic dressing. I would say this one is even better. Other good news, since we have had two people start helping us in the kitchen, you can expect to see salads made with the Juneau Greens Monte Carlo Romaine again toward the end of next week!

We are also offering free delivery today with no minimum. A great option if you want a few things delivered (like our new pasta salad!) but have a busy day ahead of you.
