Just Landed! Versatile Veggie 

We just picked up fresh produce and one of the things we got this delivery was kohlrabi. Not something we get often. The ones we have today are a mix of purple, green, and white bulbs. To prepare this unique and versatile veggie trim the ends and peel the bulb’s tough, fibrous outer layer with a sharp knife or vegetable peeler. The sweet, crunchy interior tastes like a broccoli stem or jicama. You can enjoy the bulb raw or cooked, and the leafy greens are entirely edible!
